DIY: Chiffon and Tulle Flowers

Looking for a GORGEOUS hair accessory, show clip, bouquet embellishment....look no more! You can find unlimited possibilities with these beautiful Chiffon and Tulle Flowers. Check out the full tutorial here.     For this project you will need chiffon and tulle fabric. Yardage needed will vary based on the number and size of flowers, as well as the fabric thickness.
