I'm a real person with a real upcoming wedding who can make real mistakes - and I did. My fiance and I live on opposite sides of the world, so when I was compiling the invitee names and addresses, I accidentally missed someone. The invites went out via the option to print and mail. Everyone loved them. Then I find out I missed this close friend. I try to order just one, but realize the minimum is ten. I reached out to Basic Invite with my dilemma. They were SO responsive. Eryn (another real person!) offered to send the extra invite at no additional cost. That's unheard of customer service and kindness nowadays. I was truly astonished and so grateful. I don't plan on another wedding, but if I ever need invites again, these are my people. I will be recommending them to everyone! Thank you so much!

Came across Basic Invite after spending a lot of time trying to navigate the website of a very similar product. I got so frustrated with the other site and quit. Found Basic Invite and it was so user friendly and the products were less expensive and just as nice if not nicer than the other company. We were able to get the nicest stacked wedding invites just like we had hoped for. Highly recommend!

• EXCELLENT QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL INVITATIONS!

Ordered our wedding invitations from Basic Invite and was blown away by both the quality, and customer service! I had never heard of basic invite prior to my invitation search, and was bored by some of the designs I found on other websites which all felt like I'd seen them before. I found a stunning, unique design here, and loved that I was able to customize the colors to our exact wedding color scheme. After ordering the invitations, I realized we made a mistake on our envelopes and the customer service was fantastic -- someone was able to help us very quickly and remedy the mistake for no extra charge. I highly recommend Basic Invite, and love supporting a small business!

I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate working with basic invite. We have purchased invitations for multiple occasions, from weddings to Christmas cards, and every time they come back looking
beautifully. This is the first time we had a minor issue, and we had to call customer service. We were able to reach someone right away, and they solve the issue within five minutes. They also took extra steps to make sure that there were no additional issues. I don’t know if we would ever work with another company, with how good is the service and quality of the products have been from the beginning.
