I am truly obsessed with the save the dates we got from Basic Invite! Not only were they exactly like the sample but they were even better once bought in full. Having the option to include our return address on the envelope was amazing. We are blown away and can’t wait to share them with our family and friends.

I had such a wonderful experience. I made a mistake on my save-the-dates order, forgetting to choose magnets, and their team was incredible. They responded quickly, did a super fast turnaround. The quality is amazing and the service was above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough!!

  Dear Basic Invite Team,

I am writing to share my review and express my deepest gratitude for the incredible customer service I recently received from your company.

Specifically, I want to commend the agent, Lexi, who went above and beyond to help me. She helped refine the colors, corrected addresses on the invitations, expedited the shipping, and even provided a complementary design. Throughout the entire process, she replied promptly via chat , email and phone to make sure I got the invitations in the mail on a very tight timeline.

I also used your company four years ago for my older daughter‘s Bat Mitzvah, and I could not recommend you more highly. In a day where most invitations are sent electronically, these are gorgeous keepsakes. We have already gotten so many compliments from the people receiving them in the mail! The gold embossed details look very classy and much more expensive than the actual cost.

Thank you again to Lexi and the team for such a wonderful experience.

They came out uniquely better in quality then anywhere available. I ordered 50 so in case i need to adjust them next time(I’d call customer care to ask how to make the letters a touch larger) I’m proud & look forward to giving then to clients.
