These invitations were the best value I could find. When I had a problem with my order once they arrived, I assumed that the affordable price meant that they sacrifice customer service. Not at all. This company provided the best customer service I've ever experienced. Ever. They responded by email in less than 24 hours and a real human being followed up a few days later to ensure everything was okay. Really outstanding company.
The prints were perfect and just how I wanted them. Only thing that happened was I was sent 6 extra prints, other than that it was great!
My overall experience was very good. The cards are sturdy and the pictures look great on them. I like that fact that you can change any design to the color options you want and the price was comparable or cheaper than other sites, especially for the variety flexibility. I ordered 30 announcements though and a few of them had damage on the ends, like discoloration. Other than that, all turned out well.
