What Our Customers Have to Say About Our Personalized Moving Announcements

EXCELLENT QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL INVITATIONS!
Review by Jamie★ ★ ★ ★ ★Ordered our wedding invitations from Basic Invite and was blown away by both the quality, and customer service! I had never heard of basic invite prior to my invitation search, and was bored by some of the designs I found on other websites which all felt like I'd seen them before. I found a stunning, unique design here, and loved that I was able to customize the colors to our exact wedding color scheme. After ordering the invitations, I realized we made a mistake on our envelopes and the customer service was fantastic -- someone was able to help us very quickly and remedy the mistake for no extra charge. I highly recommend Basic Invite, and love supporting a small business!

GREAT SAVE THE DATE!
Review by Morgan★ ★ ★ ★ ★I’ve gotten so many compliments on these save the dates. The magnet is GENIUS! We loved that we could do several photos. The price was more reasonable than competitors.
Easy to edit, though sometimes the website can glitch so ensure you save along the way. Can’t wait to see what my invitations look like! -
INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / GORGEOUS INVITATIONS
Review by ANDREA★ ★ ★ ★ ★Dear Basic Invite Team,
I am writing to share my review and express my deepest gratitude for the incredible customer service I recently received from your company.
Specifically, I want to commend the agent, Lexi, who went above and beyond to help me. She helped refine the colors, corrected addresses on the invitations, expedited the shipping, and even provided a complementary design. Throughout the entire process, she replied promptly via chat , email and phone to make sure I got the invitations in the mail on a very tight timeline.
I also used your company four years ago for my older daughter‘s Bat Mitzvah, and I could not recommend you more highly. In a day where most invitations are sent electronically, these are gorgeous keepsakes. We have already gotten so many compliments from the people receiving them in the mail! The gold embossed details look very classy and much more expensive than the actual cost.
Thank you again to Lexi and the team for such a wonderful experience. -
