My fiancé and I actually ordered our Save The Dates from Basic Invite as well as our formal invitations. Regarding our experience with our Save The Date's ... we had a custom look in mind that my sister-in-law came up with and the designers at basic invite replicated the look so well - they turned out perfect!!! We also ordered our formal invitations through their website and I had actually messed them up. I didn't order the correct color (I was a shade off than our sample) nor the correct paper type. Everyone at Basic Invite made sure the order was fixed and submitted a re-order for us absolutely free! They also checked in with us every step of the way to make sure they were delivered, we loved them, etc.! I spoke with multiple people through email and their system works so well - any one of their customer representatives can pick up the conversation where you left off without having to re-explain yourself... etc. I will recommend this company to every single one of my friends! outstanding!!
