I chose the colors champagne and ivory, but upon seeing the gold foil, I added gold. These are stunning, glittering, elegant invitations. I am an older first time bride and wanted to blend the enthusiasm of youth, show of high style, and elegance of maturity and wisdom. These invitations, paired with the matching ceremony programs, wrapped that all up for me. The customer service is stellar, and the time from design to printing to shipping to your hands is very reasonable. I will order from Basic Invite again (actually, I already have)!

Our situation was unique. We are Catholics who got married in court and after 10 years we are seeking the church's blessing by convalidating our marriage. It's not a new scenario but for some reason there is no category for such type of invitation. We were so blessed to find basic invite because we created our own wording and they allowed us to make it pretty. It had the perfect gold foil effect that we wanted. The only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because I paid for proofing and I thought that meant that if my design was not centered or crooked they would fix it for me. Our names were a little crowded and it was printed that way. I know for next time. Thanks Basic Invite for creating our CONVALIDATION Invitation!!!

I’ve been very pleased with basic invite! I uploaded my own designs for our save the date postcards and wedding invitations. The designs uploaded smoothly and turned out great. We had a couple of issues with our orders but the customer service was quick and super helpful.
