We love our invitations. We upgraded the quality of them and I think it was really worth it. They feel and look great! They also shipped very fast, in like 10 days so that was awesome. My only complaint is the website is a little hard to use, not sure if it’s because it’s outdated or what but it’s glitchy at times and it gets frustrating when you’re trying to figure out what you want! But overall very happy
We had a great experience designing our cards. The program was easy to use - it is extremely user friendly!! The invites came in the mail quickly and they were just as wonderful as we hoped! The quality of the cards were so worth the money. The customer service team was quick to answer when we had questions - they were very helpful and friendly.
The design is exactly what we wanted and being able to customize the colors helped us keep on theme. We are so excited with how these came up.
I ordered these invitations and received them in such a timely manner. I love the quality of the cards. I was able to customize it just the way I wanted it. They are such nice quality cards I will be sure to order more in the future!
Beautiful. Not only are the invitation gorgeous and look super premium but the entire experience of working with the basic invite team was fantastic. I would highly recommend purchasing the full review the check your invitation. We originally did not and even though I triple checked we still accidentally had a typo. I notified the basic invite team and they seamlessly solved the issue and expedited new invitation to us. And a special shoutout to Cassidy from customer support who was super kind and communicative with us throughout the process.
