I've compared nine wedding invitation websites and landed with Basic Invite for a few reasons: (1) they had something close to the design we had envisioned, that alone eliminated the other five on the list; (2) of the four remaining, this was one of two that allowed us to make all the customizations we wanted; (3) and, finally, between the two remaining, this had way better value. The website is easy to use to customize the invitations. For some reason, the initial invitations we received did not include the QR code we added. However, a quick chat with a representative fixed that. Obviously, that delayed us sending the invitations out. But, since we were planning on sending them really early, it wasn't really a big deal. The replacement invitations we received did not have any issues. The QR codes are printed in the back like we wanted. Quality-wise, they seem to be okay for the most part, a few invitations have some imperfections. Nothing major, though, I'll still send them if I need to.
