My invitations were exactly as I pictured them. 0 colour variations from what was online. The QR code was great quality no pixelations. Our save the dates had a photo of us and they were SO pretty. We saved a few of them just to have. The service I received from the basic invite customer success team was absolutely fabulous. Not only did they help me track down hex codes (so I could match other print materials to the invitations), they went the extra mile to help me when my original venue cancelled and I had to reprint the invitations with the new venue and address. It was an extremely stressful and expensive time and the Basic Invite team literally took every stress away regarding invitation re-do's. They followed up promptly, I never had to re-peat a request or ask, all instructions were clear and timely and the designers did a perfect job with the re-do. I highly recommend Basic Invite not only for their selection and wonderful quality products but for their incredible customer service.
