Easy to order, great card stock and clean printing. Lots of options for design and fonts!
I ordered place cards for a very important dinner. There were a variety of choices to fit any occasion. When I received the cards, there was an error on them and I contacted customer service. Serina was my customer service rep. She was very gracious and had the cards reprinted at no charge. She followed up to make sure I received the replacement and to ask if everything was correct. Everyone liked the cards, and we will most certainly use Basic Invite again.
Place cards feel of good quality, look crisp, and easy to fold. Can be used for other events and not feel wedding / bridal. I had a slight mini heart attack when opening the item though, as they place an example image of how the place card will look, on top of another place card, so it was the original design compacted, and misaligned. Once opened, everything looked great, but that was a rollercoaster of emotions, I felt needed a mini warning. Price, quantity, and quality were exactly what I needed, and I imagine, I will be order again when time comes.
These are high quality and absolutely gorgeous. I got the velvet with the gold and all my guests were so impressed asking about them and most even took theirs home as a souvenir. I would highly recommend. Also customer service was great too as they fast tracked production for an urgent shipment. Thank yOU'
