Ordering and editing the save the date was a very simple process. The company updates you on the creation, shipping and delivery statuses of your order frequently, which is nice. The quality of the product is wonderful for what you're paying and I am so excited to use basic invite again to order my invitations.

Loved these, I appreciate that they sent a sample so I could make small tweaks. I would appreciate the ability to have addressed to "Dr" instead of Mr/Mrs but maybe I missed that. Fast shipping, great product, easy peasy.
Building my save the dates was easy. I had an issue with a mistypo on the sample card I ordered. Customer service got in contact with me less then 24 hours later and sent me a new sample with the fixes. I was able to order the quantity I wanted and everything came in a timely fashion. I plan on order my wedding invitations through basic invite as well.
