I cannot say enough good things about this company. I got my first order of save the dates in, only to realize, to my horror I messed up and completely left the location off. I quickly changed the design, ordered a new set and contacted the service team because my preview was showing a random black line in the middle of it. (Keep in mind this was all on a Saturday.) Basic Invite customer service wrote me an email on Monday before noon! They checked my print and did not see the black line, and even moved my print to the front of the que at a discount because of MY mistake. Something they didn’t have to do at all! I was also super impressed with the quality of the save the date magnet, photo on it came out amazing. They are also easy to mail, no extra postage was required and the sizing and bend-ability was just right. (I took one to the post office to find out if I needed to do anything special to mail them.) I will be coming back to Basic Invite for ALL my paper needs!

The service was great with this company! After we completed our order we received a message from one of the designers saying there was a slight issue with our design (some of the text would be cut off), but he fixed it and sent a new picture for our approval. I appreciate that someone spent the time checking everything before printing everything off and sending it to us with missing material! The magnets are stunning and we have recieved so many compliments on them! Thank you so much!
