Not too many companies can boast about customer service but this certainly doesn't apply to Basic Invite. My fiance and I initially bought 200 of these to send out as save the dates and they looked awesome!! The foil and the color chosen for printing on the magnets made our picture stand out that much more. We needed an extra 20 but upon arrival, they did not have the gold foil we requested. This delivery was on a Friday and by the time I contacted them EST, they were gone for the weekend. I left messages for them expecting to hear back from someone on Monday but low and behold, a customer service representative contacted me on Sunday!! They were able to reprint 20 magnets free of charge and expedite the shipping. Remember I said I left a message on Friday? The reprints were delivered the following Thursday... within a week. I will forever be a fan of Basic Invite. They could've waited to contact me Monday morning but they went the extra mile and that is something I appreciate sooooooooo much! I look forward to giving them more of my business in the near future!
