This is the first time I've ordered from Basic Invite. As an event planner, I work a lot with companies doing invitations and this was a great experience. The original set of save-the-dates I ordered didn't turn out quite right. I couldn't read the text. I emailed customer service and they fixed it and sent it back out to me with no problem. My client was thrilled with the result. I will be using them again in the future.
