  Dear Basic Invite Team,

I am writing to share my review and express my deepest gratitude for the incredible customer service I recently received from your company.

Specifically, I want to commend the agent, Lexi, who went above and beyond to help me. She helped refine the colors, corrected addresses on the invitations, expedited the shipping, and even provided a complementary design. Throughout the entire process, she replied promptly via chat , email and phone to make sure I got the invitations in the mail on a very tight timeline.

I also used your company four years ago for my older daughter‘s Bat Mitzvah, and I could not recommend you more highly. In a day where most invitations are sent electronically, these are gorgeous keepsakes. We have already gotten so many compliments from the people receiving them in the mail! The gold embossed details look very classy and much more expensive than the actual cost.

Thank you again to Lexi and the team for such a wonderful experience.

I was concerned about the how the cards would be printed because the website was glitches and not showing me the preview before purchase. I called the website's number, and they were quick to get with me and work within my budget. They were very kind and attentive and the cards turned out great! Thank you so much.
