I ordered invitations for a bridal shower. They came quicker than expected, but there was a readability problem because there wasn't enough contrast in color between the background and the print. However, I called and they quickly addressed the problem and sent a new set of cards in short order. I was very pleased with their customer service and the final product. The brighter blue gives a bolder look to the invitation but it is still simple in design. The bride loved them and the fact that they were her colors. Never ordered from Basic Invite before, but I will definitely use them again. The invitations looked exactly as I expected. I really liked that I could adjust all the fonts, placements, and colors. I couldn't find all those options on any other website. The only surprise was that the envelopes didn't come with the liners installed, but it was very easy to insert them. Picking colors for the font, background, and succulents was so nice as I could use her wedding colors as well. It turned out to be a beautiful design.
