  We ordered the "upload your own" invitation and insert cards for our May wedding. The ordering process, shipping and price were all great. We received the invitations before the requested date and they were packaged nicely. We did have an issue with the colors being all cohesive on the invite and the rsvp cards. Each of the inserts were all a slightly different color than the other. We reached out to Basic Invite and received a quick response. They reviewed our order and got them reprinted ASAP. The rep even tracked the package and emailed me to make sure we were happy with the new product. We were and are so thankful for her help and the speedy reprint!
