Ordered our wedding invitations from Basic Invite and was blown away by both the quality, and customer service! I had never heard of basic invite prior to my invitation search, and was bored by some of the designs I found on other websites which all felt like I'd seen them before. I found a stunning, unique design here, and loved that I was able to customize the colors to our exact wedding color scheme. After ordering the invitations, I realized we made a mistake on our envelopes and the customer service was fantastic -- someone was able to help us very quickly and remedy the mistake for no extra charge. I highly recommend Basic Invite, and love supporting a small business!
Absolutely love the design - so fun and vibrant, fit our wedding theme perfectly! I did have a little trouble navigating the site in terms of saving designs/making edits (seemed to make duplicates and I couldn't share a link to the back side of the arch one) but overall happy with the end result.
Beautiful invitations that received many complements! Appreciated the customer service with one rep reaching out that our QR code didn’t seem to work properly. The interface to edit the items had some glitches and was frustrating at times, but couldn’t be happier with the final product!
