They shipped quickly and came exactly as I designed them. Adorable invites!
This past Sunday I decided to start working on invitations for my daughter's baby shower. The choices on the Basic Invite site gave me more than one option for the theme I had chosen and their website was so easy to navigate, I had my invitation almost completed in a very short period of time. Before I made my order, I needed to ask a question. I sent a message through their "chat with us" option even though it was Sunday and they were offline fully expecting not to hear from them until Monday morning. To my great surprise, Lauryn, emailed me right away and stayed with me until I was able to order my invitations that same night! The invitations arrived in just a few days and they were perfect! I can not say enough about the customer service and quality of the product Basic Invite provides. Already looking forward to ordering from them again!
This is my first Basic Invite project and I am very pleased with the result. I needed a collection of invitations on a quick turnaround, within a particular color scheme, and within a reasonable budget. The "Tea Time Baby Shower Invitation" was delightful, the UX was very simple and comprehensive (i.e. changing colors, moving text around) and reminded me of the Canva tool, which is very intuitive. I ended up with a beautiful, reasonably priced set of invitations.
I was very pleased with the final product. This company also has great customer service.
