We were very pleased with our invitations and so glad that we selected the option to have the addresses pre-printed. It was a much simpler process than I expected. Our invitations were printed correctly and were beautiful. The Invitations and envelopes were printed on very nice “sturdy” paper. Service was awesome and they arrived a couple days before we expected them.
While the price first seemed high for the three dozen invites I needed, I do see now, that it was worth that in service and quality. The ink and color were flawless and spot on. I am not the most adept at figuring out online design, but I was able to walk my way through the modifications easily enough with a bit of patience. When my order arrived, I realized one line of print was missing. I am not sure if it was my error or theirs's, but when I called, the CSR graciously and kindly saw to my needs. I did have to leave my name and phone number to get a call back and I doubted that I would ever hear back. But, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within fifteen minutes! I highly recommend Basic Invites and am very pleased with my first experience with them.
