Excellent Service
4.8 Star Average
“They have a great selection of new arch designs with neat accent cards as well! One thing I love about Basic Invite is you can truly customize your invitations – choose your design (or upload your own) and adjust from there.”
“Absolutely gorgeous! 😍… this is a beautiful example of what you can get with @basicinvite. The colors, the texture of the paper and the typography are totally a touch of beauty.”
“My favorite part of their website is the ability to completely customize the individual colors of all of their designs. They have multiple shades of pink – score! But if you don't like pink, no worries, because they have over 180 different colors to choose from.”

customer reviews
The cards are beautiful and of high quality. I had an issue with my order and customer service was great in expeditiously fixing the problem.
I like this thank you card but would like the option not to have the star on it so it can be used for other occasions.
Overall pricing and quality are good. My only criticism is that I wish the color on the back of the Thank you card matched the front, instead of being white. Unless I missed something, I did not see an option to edit the back of the Thank you card.
I'm really excited to send out the Big Name invitations, project cards, and (eventually) thank you notes. I love that EVERYTHING can be personalized on Basic Invite, from the wording to the fonts to the colors. I needed a little help with the formatting and spacing of the Big Name invitation, but everything came out looking great in the end.
