The invitations came out exactly as they looked online. The Luxe Velvet paper felt great. The service was super. They arrived before the scheduled due date.
I have been very impressed with the product and service so far! I have only ordered a variety of paper samples with my wording as well as an envelope with liner. I have spoken with customer service to discuss options and production of my order. The paper quality meets or exceeds that of previous invitation orders I have made. My one problem has been in using the online web tools to create the invitation. You are very limited in your ability to design your invitation with the tools provided. Line spacing, fonts, etc, do not look as professional as you would like sometimes. In talking with Customer Service, I learned that at checkout, I could select to have a designer review my invitation before printing for $10. That allows me the option to list those parts of the invitation that need assistance, such as line spacing, word spacing, bullet points, etc. that can't be done using the online tools. This makes the invitation process more full service and equal to that which you find at any full price invitation house!
I found customizing the invitations very easy and I’m really happy with how they turned out. At first the order got lost in transit, but the customer service was excellent in expediting a new shipment, which came right away.
It took a little bit of work on my part to get the invitation I wanted, but what I received far exceeded my expectations! Just give yourself time to order samples to get what you want! Love and will recommend to my friends!
