My hometown was recently destroyed by a hurricane which caused major damage to my venue. I was devisated that my venue, and not to mention invitations, were no longer able to be used. I called basic invites customer service and they exceeded my expectations by letting me edit my invites with our new venue address and sent me brand new invites at no extra cost.
