After I received an item that was not correct I reached out to the customer service department. They went above and beyond my expectations to make things right by offering me a discount and shipping the replacement items expedited. The quality/appearance of the invites exceeded my expectations! I was very happy with my experience and will recommend Basic Invite to anyone!
I found soo many amazing invites to choose from and had a hard time making a final decision! The quality for price is unbelievable and the amount of options and upgrades available also make this website incredible! The package arrived in a super quick timely manner and the package was just as impressive when we opened it! We ordered the darling water colors with raised foil, smooth coated and shimmer envelope.. I was incredibly impressed!!!

At first I was iffy about ordering my wedding invitations !! To be honest I had never heard of basic invite, but man!!!! I LOVE MY WEDDING INVITATIONS!!! My fiancé saw them and he is amazed at how the cards came out to look and for the price!! We are excited to already send them out but we are still waiting on that day haha!!
