Ordered these for my grandmother's funeral. The platform to customize the program was easy to use. I received my order as scheduled, I paid extra for expedited shipping. Everything came through as expected, the programs looked very nice. I would definitely use again and recommend to others.
I used this site to create and download a folded program for a memorial service. The product was beautiful, and customer service was exceptionally helpful and responsive. The only issue I had with the site was that when reviewing the product before purchasing, I couldn’t view the pages of the program side by side. Because of this, pages two and three of my memorial book were not even, they started at different places at the top of the page for some reason, and I wasn’t able to see this until after I purchased and downloaded the product. Customer service helped me correct this, but I’m mentioning because it seems like it would be should be a simple fix on the preview step of the website. I was extremely happy with the final product and with the help from customer service!
I had a few days to create and print 200 programs for my Mom’s funeral. This site made it super user-friendly. Designs were what I was looking for. I do wish there was an option to add a few more images/photos. When I went to the printer to have it printed out, I noticed there was a verse missing. The customer service LIVE chat was Super helpful and saved me from redoing it! I’ll use this service again.
Sadly this is the second time I’ve needed to create a memorial program. I was so pleased the first time I ordered it again. I had a bit of trouble with centering my picture and getting my text the way I wanted. When Cassidy couldn’t help me online she took the time to call me and assure me that all was well and it turned out just the way I wanted.
