My fiance and I love Basic Invite because we like the non-branded look of the products (some items on other websites can seem overdone, cliche, or not really our style), and we love that we can customize any color and move certain things around. We ordered first for our Save the Dates, and I knew we just had to use them for our Wedding Invitations when the time rolled around. I ordered these foil invites for my wedding in two months, and for some reason was experiencing some glitchiness. Instead of the raised foil and velvet paper I wanted, received flat foil on the basic card stock. A totally different result than I wanted and had selected. The Basic Invite team immediately responded to my service request, completely redid the order to the correct specifications, and sent the revised invitations Priority Mail to me (with confirmation that they would do all of this within 20 - 30 minutes of my service request). Literally no other company I've worked with has done this so promptly, efficiently, and kindly. I have recommended Basic Invite to all of my friends and family, and I am so glad I found you guys! It added a special touch to our wedding that we are so pleased with, and we are so proud of the beautiful work that went into making our wedding invitations so unique and high-quality.
I’ve been very pleased with basic invite! I uploaded my own designs for our save the date postcards and wedding invitations. The designs uploaded smoothly and turned out great. We had a couple of issues with our orders but the customer service was quick and super helpful.
Had an amazing experience with basic invite, i did not proof read as well as I should and when my wedding invites came there was issues but I reached out and they promptly got back to me and helped me fix anything I wanted and sent news ones, free of charge!! 100/10!!!
