The invitations were easy to customize and order. I had to make a minor change seconds after my order was entered which resulted in me having to call customer service. I was immediately connected to a representative that was able to help me. My order arrived sooner than expected and I am very happy with the way the invitations turned out; color & quality are both great. I will use them in the future.
Beautiful and professional
Just like I ordered. No problem on graphics and shipping info was accurate. Easy to design, lots of choices.
I placed my first order with Basic Invite for engagement party invitations. I was a little skeptical because I wasn’t familiar with the company. However, I’m happy I moved forward with the order. The invitations arrived in less than a week and the quality exceeded my expectations. The cardstock and envelopes were thick, ink colors vibrant, and print was crisp. What impressed me even more was they reprinted the invitations when I wanted to make a few updates. Within a few hours, they sent me an updated proof and shipped my invitations within a few days. Basic Invite will my first choice for my next invitation order.
Products was beautifully done. It arrived in a very timely manner. The cost was great given the excellent product.
