INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE / GORGEOUS INVITATIONS
Review by ANDREA★ ★ ★ ★ ★Dear Basic Invite Team,
I am writing to share my review and express my deepest gratitude for the incredible customer service I recently received from your company.
Specifically, I want to commend the agent, Lexi, who went above and beyond to help me. She helped refine the colors, corrected addresses on the invitations, expedited the shipping, and even provided a complementary design. Throughout the entire process, she replied promptly via chat , email and phone to make sure I got the invitations in the mail on a very tight timeline.
I also used your company four years ago for my older daughter‘s Bat Mitzvah, and I could not recommend you more highly. In a day where most invitations are sent electronically, these are gorgeous keepsakes. We have already gotten so many compliments from the people receiving them in the mail! The gold embossed details look very classy and much more expensive than the actual cost.
Thank you again to Lexi and the team for such a wonderful experience. -

GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Review by Kelliraye★ ★ ★ ★ ★The price per magnet was the best deal I found! I love that the magnet isn't too thin and doesn't need extra postage. The process, from uploading my design to completing my order, was so easy. My order actually arrived a few days before anticipated.
