Product was really great! Paid extra for expedite shopping and it was not delivered when promised on the website. Customer service said they would refund shipping amount. Haven't seen a credit yet. Otherwise great experience! :)

“They have a great selection of new arch designs with neat accent cards as well! One thing I love about Basic Invite is you can truly customize your invitations – choose your design (or upload your own) and adjust from there.”
“Absolutely gorgeous! 😍… this is a beautiful example of what you can get with @basicinvite. The colors, the texture of the paper and the typography are totally a touch of beauty.”
“My favorite part of their website is the ability to completely customize the individual colors of all of their designs. They have multiple shades of pink – score! But if you don't like pink, no worries, because they have over 180 different colors to choose from.”

customer reviews
The cards were beautiful. I was very happy with quality and vibrant colors.
Great quality cards! Came in a timely manner. Very happy with the final product I used basic invite for my college graduation invitations and this year for my first holiday cards.
The cards are great quality and look beautiful. Very happy with our order.
We got family photos later than normal. I was able to get our beautiful holiday cards out to friends and family using the "mail it for me" service. Incredibly convenient. Customer service was fabulous with proofing. The best part? The quality of the card and clarity of the pictures was worth the cost! Will be using again!
