My invitations turned out great!
This was my first BasicInvite experience. The whole “design” process was relatively easy and really fun! I was looking for a classy, sophisticated, but not “stuffy” invitation for a Couples Shower. The overall design of the Elegant Twig invite was perfect. I played with the wording, replaced “Bridal Shower” with the names of the bride and groom in gold foil lettering, and came up with a contemporary & classy couples shower Invitation. The bride is thrilled with them! The only problem I had was with the timing of the shipping and delivery: Due to “party planning conflicts”, I needed the invitations delivered ASAP, so I paid for RUSH printing and shipping which BasicInvite absolutely fulfilled....However, the invitations were printed and mailed from Utah via USPS to me in Ohio. Because of the distance, there were delays with the postal service transfers, the package was lost and mis-delivered by our local post office, and ultimately did not arrive when promised. Basic Invite customer service and the US post office were WONDERFUL about trying to remedy the situation. Basic Invite refunded my Rush fee and the Post Office worked tirelessly & successfully to finally locate and deliver the invitations to me. Unfortunately, the invitations had to be addressed and mailed out late, which was a disappointment. I will definitely use Basic Invite again, but coming from Utah to Ohio, I will request shipping via FEDX or UPS.
