Overall our service was good. We received the order promptly although there was a mishap on the printing but when I contacted Basic Invite they corrected the issue and reprinted immediately. Due to extenuating circumstances I was grateful that I did not have to "babysit" the reprint order. Thank you to the staff at Basic Invite for their follow up and prompt response.
