I’m completely happy with my experience ordering my wedding invitations from basic invite! The customization process was great, they print addresses on envelopes for you for free, they arrived on time, the paper quality was wonderful. I was originally looking for cheaper invitations but I feel that what I got was worth the price.

I first ordered samples and really liked the quality and feel. I added the shimmer to it and it really made it more classy. I decided to order shimmer envelopes because the white foil didn't look right to me. Editing was not that easy but I got through it ok. Ordering and delivery was quick. I will definitely order again and tell others.
I loved mine! They were beautiful and I loved that you could have the addresses printed no extra charge. However, I did use the chat feature to request that a coupon they sent me for creating my account could be extended, and the lady I spoke with offered no help. She just had a flat no. Overall, it was a good experience and I would do it again.
