I got the velvet finish and it was really nice! The colors of invitations were beautiful! The prevention blew me out of the water it was all gorgeous! I really loved these invitations! I didn't end up ordering though because my budget has been cut down as cost for the wedding has started adding up. I really loved these invitations though they were gorgeous and I know they would have really been great as the first impression of the wedding! Not a bad price really, I just didn't end up being able to make it work.
No edits! Pretty as is! Could add foil or texture to spice it up.
I was very impressed with the selection of wedding invites and customization possible with Basic Invite. You can really do whatever you want, and the chat box was very quick to respond and helpful. Basic Invite also delivered the invites about a week early which was such a great surprise! They even included a few extra invites and envelopes. I also liked that they offer both recipient and return addressing for free. I think it's pretty bogus that some invitation websites charge you extra for return addressing. I was very pleased with my experience and would recommend Basic Invite to anyone planning their wedding! I will likely use them again for my thank you cards too.
