My fiance and I were able to customize our invites for a reasonable price! When they arrived, there was a mistake on them. However, after contacting customer service, they fixed the mistake and got the invites to me within a couple of days! They were amazing to work with through everything.
Was able to fully customize these invitations — down to the color on the background, flowers, font, and size. The invitations feel so luxe and the raised foil is beautiful. The cost per invitation was also excellent. Would order again. Could not be more pleased.
I really think I made the right choice by ordering my invitations through Basic Invite. I ordered samples from Zola, the Knot, and Basic Invites and the paper quality of Basic Invites was the overall best while still being at a comparable price to the others. Samples were a bit on the pricier side compared to the other websites that offered first samples free but in the end I felt it was worth it with the production and the service quality. They send your samples along with their color catalog to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. The customization process is much more free than other websites so if you like a design and want to match it to your wedding colors you’re able to do so. Once my invitation came it I was absolutely thrilled that I choose Basic Invite. The paper feels so nice in your hands and the customization to fit your style compared to other websites is unmatched. I’m really impressed and excited to send these out to our guests!
I’ve been very pleased with basic invite! I uploaded my own designs for our save the date postcards and wedding invitations. The designs uploaded smoothly and turned out great. We had a couple of issues with our orders but the customer service was quick and super helpful.
Had an amazing experience with basic invite, i did not proof read as well as I should and when my wedding invites came there was issues but I reached out and they promptly got back to me and helped me fix anything I wanted and sent news ones, free of charge!! 100/10!!!
