Excellent Service

“They have a great selection of new arch designs with neat accent cards as well! One thing I love about Basic Invite is you can truly customize your invitations – choose your design (or upload your own) and adjust from there.”
“Absolutely gorgeous! 😍… this is a beautiful example of what you can get with @basicinvite. The colors, the texture of the paper and the typography are totally a touch of beauty.”
“My favorite part of their website is the ability to completely customize the individual colors of all of their designs. They have multiple shades of pink – score! But if you don't like pink, no worries, because they have over 180 different colors to choose from.”

customer reviews
The product received was very high quality with good photo resolution, true to my product preview. My order had arrived damaged, soaked from the rain. Customer service replaced my order and expedited shipping. I received my replacement quickly, which was important since we were trying to do birth announcements prior to a Gender Reveal and time was of the essence. Customer service was helpful and friendly. My only qualm is that the shipping cost offset any product savings when compared to other printing websites. I believe the quote was 50 to 70 cents per card with promotion and it averaged out to over a dollar per card once shipping was factored in. This isn’t unlike many other sites though. Overall, I’m happy with my order and especially happy with they service and product. I’ve gotten many compliments from recipients.
Basic Invite is AMAZING! It’s my go to for any announcements or Christmas cards. There products always arrive quick and are always of the highest quality. Basic invite never disappoints!
The customer service is amazing. Helped me create The perfect card.
The announcements were very nice. We were happy with everything about them. The price was also very fair, but the shipping seemed a little high, considering the size of the order. I had to phone in and talk to customer service to correct something on the announcement. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful, and I was happy that it was able to be adjusted prior to printing.
