My invitations were beautiful and came six days earlier than the estimated date. I called them twice with questions and both times I spoke with someone immediately. They were extremely helpful. A few reviewers wrote that the ink was too light, however the default is French Grey, so if you click on each circle above you can change it to black. Mine were perfect in every way.
The invitation was very pretty! The one ghing I would like for people to know is the gold font color chosen was lighter than we thought it would be. You could read it ok on the paper invites, but still it was lighter than we thought on a white background. I thought about the next darker shade of gold, but it looked more pewter not gold.. Give that some thought or enough time to reorder if you choose gold as your font color, and don't like it. The invitations were very pretty.
Overall I am very pleased with the invites and the service. The only thing was that the print was a lot lighter on the invite than it appeared online.
Print on invite was much lighter than it showed online. I would have chosen a darker color had I known.
We knew we wanted our wedding invitations to look nice without breaking the bank. We also knew we wanted a beach themed invitation. We chose a template through basic invite that was originally designed as a bridal shower invite, but we were easily able to customize it for our wedding invite. I was also able to correct an error immediately after we had ordered them with no problems. Cost was low and quality was great. We are very happy with how they turned out.
