I am very appreciative of how thoroughly and quickly the issues with my order were resolved. I have ordered print products online from two other well known sites and this was my first experience with Basic Invite. Pricing was pretty comparable to the other sites, as was the paper quality. I chose Basic Invite because I wanted a specific design concept and found it on their website. My first issue was the the edits I made to the proof were not implemented and the original order came without those edits, one of which was critical. Thankfully, Basic Invite was very responsive and immediately made the changes and I still got my order on time. Both times I received shipments they came very quickly and earlier than expected. My suggestion about Quality Control is that the envelopes had numerous extraneous ink dots and a couple had smears ~ they were mostly tiny and not worth sending back for this particular order (baby shower invitations) but had this been a formal wedding invitation, for example, it would have been a problem.
