I realized I forgot to choose invitations for our rehearsal dinner. Knowing I only needed a small amount - I wanted the easiest option. I love that I was able to personalize the colors and get all the addresses added to the envelopes. The invites themselves were great quality cardstock and the design was very crisp. All I had to do was stuff the envelopes and add a stamp. The price was a touch high but I believe it was due to the fact that I ordered so few. Very happy overall.
We were very pleased with our invitations and so glad that we selected the option to have the addresses pre-printed. It was a much simpler process than I expected. Our invitations were printed correctly and were beautiful. The Invitations and envelopes were printed on very nice “sturdy” paper. Service was awesome and they arrived a couple days before we expected them.
While the price first seemed high for the three dozen invites I needed, I do see now, that it was worth that in service and quality. The ink and color were flawless and spot on. I am not the most adept at figuring out online design, but I was able to walk my way through the modifications easily enough with a bit of patience. When my order arrived, I realized one line of print was missing. I am not sure if it was my error or theirs's, but when I called, the CSR graciously and kindly saw to my needs. I did have to leave my name and phone number to get a call back and I doubted that I would ever hear back. But, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call within fifteen minutes! I highly recommend Basic Invites and am very pleased with my first experience with them.
Loved the design (and the back design too); Easy to personalize; Great customer service; Excellent quality. Very pleased.
These were so pretty and great quality. Would highly recommend!
