I am so happy I used Basic Invite for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah invitations and thank you cards. I was able to customize everything. I even changed RSVP cards into additional information cards. From ordering to receipt was very quick. I paid extra to have one of their experts review the items before printing for piece of mind. I heard back in less than 24 hours! The invitations and cards are on a thick paper which is standard, and I like that. The envelopes have a peel and stick to seal which I loved so I did not have to glue all the envelopes closed. I had return address and guest addresses printed by Basic Invite. It was very easy to upload the addresses, and they looked great on the envelopes. Very happy with our purchase!

I cannot say enough good things about basic invite! My order was reasonably priced, production was fast and the final result was perfect. The company even expedited new envelopes to me when I encountered an unfortunate postage situation. They were wonderful and I highly recommend them!

1) During the design phase, customer service was excellent. The chat reps were always patient and very helpful.

2) Pricing is very favorable.

3) Beware: Online screen version of the invitation does not match the finished product. When my sample arrived, the points on the star clearly exceeded the left margin.
Customer service was very helpful and corrected it (as viewed online).
Afterwards, the online version appeared absolutely correct, I placed my order (for standard shipping). My opinion is my order became a rush job (for whatever reason) because I received the order in about 3 days (instead of the published time frame). Normally, I would be very pleased about that, however, the finished product was flawed (with the exception of the printed envelopes - they were correct). The points of the star on the left side were corrected, however, (unlike the online version), the margins around the invitations are not correct. The left margin is wider than the right margin (and it slightly appears that the top margin isn’t exactly straight). Otherwise, it is a gorgeous invitation.

I loved this site for all the ways to coordinate the pieces I needed for the invite package for my grand daughter's Bat Mitzvah.I particularly loved being able to order samples before making final decisions. Basic Invite's customer service is top notch.
