Specifically, I want to commend the agent, Lexi, who went above and beyond to help me. She helped refine the colors, corrected addresses on the invitations, expedited the shipping, and even provided a complementary design. Throughout the entire process, she replied promptly via chat , email and phone to make sure I got the invitations in the mail on a very tight timeline. I also used your company four years ago for my older daughter‘s Bat Mitzvah, and I could not recommend you more highly. In a day where most invitations are sent electronically, these are gorgeous keepsakes. We have already gotten so many compliments from the people receiving them in the mail!
