Cute Name Birth Announcements

I ordered birth announcements from basic invite. When they came the edges were rough and I felt that the picture quality was grainy. I immediately contacted customer service. Not only did they get back to me over the weekend but they also gave me three options to correct the issue and make sure I was satisfied. In the end I chose for them to reprint the announcements on a different paper, as well as having them make sure that the edges came out smooth. They ship them back at high priority so that I could get them faster. The announcements that came back were indeed better image quality and also had smooth edges. I think that the rough edges were their fault that they willingly corrected and that the grainy image was due to the fact that I picked a card stock option instead of a more glossy card. The fact that they switched the paper at no cost to me showed me that they cared about their product and wanting to make me happy. I would absolutely choose them again, they were cheaper than other options I had used in the past and because they care about their customers makes me extremely comfortable in choosing them every time. Customer service to even reached out to let me know when my order shipped and also on the day of its arrival made sure that I was happy with the product yet again. You can't go wrong with basic invite!

Upon receiving the announcements however they were grainy and the perimeter where it was cut was rough. I emailed customer service explaining my problem. Not only did I get a response over the weekend but also was given several options to make the order correct. The one I chose was just having it reprinted with a different type of paper and a more close eye on the printing process. They sent my new announcements highest priority at no extra cost. They turned out fabulous! I couldn't be happier and I'm so glad I chose them for my announcements!

These were so beautiful! They are high quality and look wonderful. I love the addressing on the envelopes- it saves such a huge amount of time when time is hard to come by with a newborn!

The announcements were very nice. We were happy with everything about them. The price was also very fair, but the shipping seemed a little high, considering the size of the order. I had to phone in and talk to customer service to correct something on the announcement. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful, and I was happy that it was able to be adjusted prior to printing.
