I get easily overwhelmed when it comes to designing invitations, and I appreciated the assistance I received from the chat service. I was able to easily design cards with an invitation on one side and a baby announcement on the other side, something I struggled to do with other online competitors. The delivery date was incorrect, which was disappointing because I wanted to send my invites out quickly. However, when I let them know, they immediacy apologized and offered to refund my shipping fee. The quality of the invitation/birth announcement was great, and it arrived in nice packaging.

The announcements were very nice. We were happy with everything about them. The price was also very fair, but the shipping seemed a little high, considering the size of the order. I had to phone in and talk to customer service to correct something on the announcement. The person who helped me was very friendly and helpful, and I was happy that it was able to be adjusted prior to printing.
