This came in for me last week, the design wasn't centered and it look a little weird. I sent my complain and they answered ASAP and today I got them again (free of charge) and they are perfect. Would totally recommend!

“Absolutely gorgeous! 😍… this is a beautiful example of what you can get with @basicinvite. The colors, the texture of the paper and the typography are totally a touch of beauty.”
“My favorite part of their website is the ability to completely customize the individual colors of all of their designs. They have multiple shades of pink – score! But if you don't like pink, no worries, because they have over 180 different colors to choose from.”

customer reviews
The invitations came about beautiful, and my husband and I loved that we could make it custom by changing the colors to what we want! We've been telling everyone how great and easy the site was to use and the great price the invitations were! Next time we need invitations we'll be using Basic Invite!
I ordered these for a baby shower and loved how I could add a personal touch by changing the words and colors of the invite. Although, it was a little changeling changing the format of the wording. I was happy the invites were proof read by the company to make sure they would turn out right. They were shipped in a timely manner. They also included extra envelopes and invites in case we needed more which was great, because we ended up needing them. I'll buy from here again.
The invitations were wonderful! It was so much fun being able to pick the colors and lettering.Everyone that has seen them said they were adorable! Thanks For the great service and quality merchandise. Sincerely, Philip Phifer
Colors were just as pictures. Had to make a correction and customer service was excellent! Shipped very quickly and we're here early. I would highly recommend and will be using Basic Invite for all my future invitation needs.
