Sage, within seconds you had Kayla chatting with me...AMAZING!!!! Both of y’all are the best!!!! I will definitely order from y’all again not just bc of the quality of the card but mainly bc of the customer service I got from both of you and the designer who proofread/edited and perfected my card. All of y’all have a way of reaching the customer’s personal side striking a personal friendship and making the process of ordering so easy. EVERY SINGLE QUESTION AND ISSUE (due to my fault) was answered immediately with clear explain actions and directions. I have ordered print products online before, but this is my first time ordering from Basic Invite. I chose them because they had a card design that was very different than everyone else's. It was nice to have more unique choices. The standard print quality was excellent and I particularly liked that the default option was a matte print, which suited the style of card. They made the process very easy.
