My initial Christmas card picture didn’t fit on an ornament. My customer service rep from Basic Invite tried other pictures until I was happy. I really appreciated him going above and beyond for me to continue the yearly tradition of having one of their ornaments on my tree.

With the pandemic this year, I had a grandparent home on hospice and actually sent the ornament to hang on the small tree at their bedside.
