Originally I was sent my Save the Dates and they were not correct. Color was way off and the cards had a glossy shine rather than matte… which was not what I ordered. I reached out to customer service and they immediately helped me out by reprinting and shipping the save the dates with priority shipping. Just received the new set today and I LOVE! Have ordered all of my save the dates, invitations and what not through Basic Invite (I have had to do this multiple times due to COVID) and am never disappointed! They are quick and have great customer service!
This was the best experience ever! I had a friend design a wedding invitation for me and had Basic Invite do the printing for me. I had messed something up along the way with my contact list for printing the envelope address and they emailed me and called me to work to get it sorted out! When I couldn't figure it out I called them and they walked me through how to fix it. A+++ for customer service, order from them you will not be disappointed!!
