I don't typically leave reviews but was impressed with this product. The printing quality and paper were great. We actually had the same design printed at another provider (turned out really poorly) and ended up having them reprinted here!
I needed to get my save the dates out ASAP and didn’t have time to make a bad printing choice. I rolled the dice on ordering from Basic Invite. I am so glad I did!! My save the dates are absolutely beautiful! The colors on our original design came out amazing. The paper is high quality, honestly, better than expected. I am so happy and will be using Basic Invite for our wedding invitations.
This was my first time using this website and also designing my own card. I was not aware that the message is on the back of a folded card. I called up immediately and they instantly found a solution and rushed the order to me at no charge. I got the postcard version and the quality is outstanding. They kept in constant communication with me to inform me when to expect it and also a follow up when it arrived. Excellent customer service and quality.
I had looked at so many save the dates on competing websites and none of them felt right. We created a custom design and basic invite was so easy to use for us to make our vision happen. When I was not happy with the color balance on one of our proofs they comped my next one and expedited the shipping. Also the prices are much better than competitors. So far we have received great feedback about our save the dates. Plan to use Basic Invite for the formal invitations.
