Hello! We are Brenda and Brandi of Honey Love Photography! We have been best friends since 7th grade and have always shared a mutual love for photography.
One of our favorite childhood memories is having photo shoots together with disposable cameras, going to a One-Hour Photo service to have them developed, and then sitting and laughing at all of the ridiculous poses and faces we made together. Fast-forward 17 years later and here we still are—sharing our love of photography and creativity together and helping capture the most important moments in people’s lives. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to capture such special moments for our clients and we hope that they will look back on these photos in 17+ years with a smile on their face as well.
Some of our favorite photos actually come from one of the very first weddings we shot together. It was held on a private property in Chico, CA with luscious weeping willows and a beautiful pond.
The bride wore a gorgeous blush pink flower crown that fit in so well with all of the greenery.
The couple was lucky enough to have a family friend who offered to host the ceremony and reception at his beautiful estate. The details fit in so well with this venue.
The portraits were done a few hours before sunset so the lighting was absolutely perfect.
