Hi there! My name is Lindsay Malkovich of Lindsay Blair Photography. I started my photographic journey about 4 years ago, after the birth of my 2nd child. I remember having the desire to learn photography as a teenager, and but it wasn't until I was in my 30's that my obsession really began. The longer I do this, the more I love it! I consider myself incredibly lucky to call this passion my career. I genuinely love working with people and capturing such important and meaningful times in their lives!
While I enjoy shooting most anything, couples have become one of my favorite subjects. I LOVE the connections and chemistry between two people in love. When people can completely be themselves in front of the camera, the nature of their relationship emerges and this is what makes each session unique. It is always fun watching responses to directions and prompts and seeing how much they vary from one session to the next.
Living in Portland Oregon, we unfortunately do not have many snow days. I had a session that had to be rescheduled several times due to rain. However, Portland was hit with some amazing weather and received about a foot of snow! My couple and I took full advantage and we were able to capture one of my favorite sessions to date!
